Green Show

This weeks show was a green theme in honor of St. Patrick's Day. I could've gone with an all-Irish bands lineup as well but there were so many green related songs that it made for a great playlist. Unfortunately, the stations' webcasting server was off-line again so I present the music sans DJ once more.

You can download this podcast by clicking here.

  1. A St Patrick's Day show and no Irish music? I'm disappointed Mitch, you got my hopes up with the pre show blurb. Missed opportunity methinks.. was interested in hearing your Irish punk and rock faves.

  2. It's not my holiday, I'm funny about that. I won't do a Christmas show for similar reasons. However, you're absolutely right - I'm overdue to highlight the amazing sounds that come out of Ireland. I'll do a full-on spotlight of the Irish scene in a couple of weeks.

My compliments on an outstanding blog yerself!

  3. Don't mind me Mitch (although I would be interested in hearing that show). Can't remember now how I first came across your show but the Peel sessions show sealed the deal. Thanks for the kind words about the blog.

  5. Haha, yes that's me! I do love that even-faster version of the SLF classic.
